How to Play

  1. Players take turns removing stones from the pile.
  2. On your turn, take between 1 and the max allowed number.
  3. The player who takes the last stone wins.
  4. Plan ahead. Try to leave a bad number for the next player.
Thinking tip: Try to leave a multiple of max take + 1. If max take is 3, strong numbers are 4, 8, 12, and 16.
Rules
  • You cannot take 0 stones.
  • You cannot take more stones than are left.
  • Easy computer is random. Hard computer uses the Nim strategy.
